CLASSES

Mixed ability small group classes focusing on the 8 limbs of yoga, building strength and flexibility. The sun salutations form an integral part of the class in addition to basic pranayama, a short concentration practice and a 10 minute guided relaxation practice. An energising way to start the day.

Sunday: 8:30am – 10:00 am

Wednesday: 9:30 – 11:00 am

£10 per class / 2 weekly classes for £15

One to one classes can be arranged at a mutually convenient time £25 per hour or £100 for a 5 hour block.
